Job summary

Meptech Groups is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to lead on-site electrical, mechanical, and ELV works across construction projects in Singapore. You will ensure installations align with approved drawings, schedules, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, reviewing shop drawings and method statements, and conducting regular site inspections to uphold safety and workmanship standards.

• Supervise and coordinateMechanical & Electrical (M&E) workson construction sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Monitor site progress and ensureM&E installations are completed according to project schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.
• Ensure all M&E works comply withBCA regulations, Singapore standards, and relevant authority requirements.
• Conductregular site inspectionsto monitor workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with approved method statements.
• Review and verifyshop drawings, material submissions, and method statementsbefore site implementation.
• Assist in resolvingtechnical issues and coordination conflictsbetween architectural, structural, and M&E works.
• Monitor and ensure compliance withworkplace safety and health (WSH) regulationson site.
• Prepare and maintainsite reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
• Supervisetesting and commissioning activitiesfor M&E systems.
• Ensure properinstallation, testing, and handover of M&E services, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.
