Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, controlling and coordinating of M&E works at construction sites.
• Render support to M&E Manager/Project Manager for the successful execution of projects.
• Plan, execute and supervise M&E and civil structure works; ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• Attend project meetings; liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues and challenges.
• Ensure good document control and filing.
• Coordinate and work closely with client, sub-contractors and project team to resolve all M&E drawings, site discrepancies and technical issues.
• Oversee and ensure works is carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s).

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player with good communication skills.
