Wonder Golander in Singapore seeks an experienced luxury travel advisor to own the client journey from inquiry to bespoke itinerary design and on-trip support. You will build trusted relationships with HNWI clients and craft day-by-day plans reflecting anticipated preferences with a command of luxury experiences.

The role requires 5–10 years in luxury travel or related client-facing advisory work, and fluency in English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients.

Formación

• Experience in luxury travel, premium hospitality, VIP concierge, or equivalent client-facing advisory work.
• Proven track record serving high-net-worth or affluent clients; references may be requested.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full client journey: from first enquiry through to bespoke itinerary design and on-trip support.
• Build genuine relationships with HNWI and affluent clients who trust you with their time.
• Craft detailed, creative, day-by-day itineraries that anticipate preferences clients haven't yet articulated.
• Collaborate openly with the team — sharing leads, insights, and market intelligence.
• Stay fluent across luxury hotels, experiences, gourmet, wine, and lifestyle trends to advise with genuine authority.
