This role suits a client‑facing professional with 4+ years in B2B retail, excellent communication and proposal skills, and the ability to lead projects. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Business, Management or related field.
• 4+ years of B2B client-facing experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships with luxury brands.
• Provide white-glove service and add value to client portfolios.
• Collaborate with international teams to design solutions and advise clients.
• Manage accounts including stakeholders, budgets, and deliverables quality.
• Lead project management from proposal to delivery.
• Deliver insightful face-to-face presentations to C-level executives.
