Job summary

Wonder Golander in Singapore seeks an experienced luxury travel advisor to own the client journey from inquiry to bespoke itinerary design and on-trip support. You will build trusted relationships with HNWI clients and craft day-by-day plans reflecting anticipated preferences with a command of luxury experiences.

The role requires 5–10 years in luxury travel or related client-facing advisory work, and fluency in English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury travel, premium hospitality, VIP concierge, or equivalent client-facing advisory work.
• Proven track record serving high-net-worth or affluent clients; references may be requested.

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin — spoken and written, with the sophistication to match affluent client expectations, particularly when supporting Mandarin-speaking clients
• Deep product knowledge across luxury hotels, destinations, and lifestyle categories (wine, gourmet, wellness, culture).
• Comfortable working multi-timezone, including occasional evenings and weekends during active trips.
