Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Administration, Business, Management or related field.
• 4+ years of work experience in retail and/or client-facing role (B2B).
• Verbal and written communication skills (persuasive, diplomatic; presentations and proposal writing).
• Analytical aptitude to examine data and derive meaningful insights.
• Leadership skills enabling external meeting leadership and internal project leadership.
• Excellent team player with strong collaboration; consulting mindset to challenge briefs.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships with luxury/premium brands to drive business impact.
• Provide white-glove service and value-added solutions to your portfolio of clients.
• Collaborate with global teams to design methodologies and develop new solutions for clients.
• Manage accounts including stakeholders, internal departments, budgets, and deliverables quality.
• Lead project proposals, execution, and delivery of client projects.
• Deliver insightful face-to-face presentations to C-level executives.
