Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Singapore is seeking a Retail Learning Manager to lead a team of Field Coaches and shape the market's learning strategy, ensuring consistent client experience, client relationships, and selling skills in line with brand expectations.

Based in Singapore, you will partner with store and market leadership to lead the overall coaching strategy of the market, while developing and executing market-wide learning initiatives with the Managing Director and local Retail Excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of retail experience in luxury environment or elevated client-related experience with sales and people leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Retail Learning Coaches to implement trainings across stores.
• Drive in-store coaching on client experience, relationships, selling skills, and leadership behaviors.
• Develop market-wide learning strategy with MD and Retail Excellence Director.
• Manage retail learning budgets and measure ROI across programs.
