• Proven experience in retail leadership and people development skills.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record with progressive coaching approach.
• Lead and inspire as a Field Coach.

Responsibilities

• Coaching for Client Experience: Align with Retail Goals to elevate Client Experience; observe daily client interactions and provide feedback; ensure brand behaviours on the sales floor.
• Coaching for Performance: Identify opportunities via observation, dashboards and NPS; create coaching plans and track progression; coach on client experience behavior and close performance gaps.
• Training for Impact: Structure and participate in trainings and onboarding; organize monthly training calendars and learning solutions; observe in-store training quality.
