Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of retail experience in luxury or elevated client experience.
• Proven track record in sales, client relationships and loyalty.
• Experience leading teams and performance-based coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Retail Learning Coaches and field coaches across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Develop and execute market-wide learning strategy with regional and local leadership.
• Drive performance-based coaching on client experience, relationships, selling and leadership skills.
