Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Retail Learning Manager for Singapore & Malaysia to lead a team of Field Coaches and shape the market’s coaching strategy aligned with brand standards and customer experience.

Based in Singapore, you will partner with store and market leadership to drive performance-based coaching, onboard new hires, sustain learning, and manage budgets while delivering measurable ROI across all programs.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of luxury retail experience with sales and people leadership.
• Passion for luxury retail; jewelry/watch expertise is a plus.
• Proven track record in sales, client relationships and loyalty, leading teams, and performance-based coaching.
• Inspiring and trusted leader, able to guide, empower and support teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate with HQ and market teams to influence store needs.
• Ability to assess retail KPIs and coachable behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Coaches and oversee learning strategy for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Coach on client experience, relationships, selling skills and brand behaviors.
• Develop 30–60–90 coaching plans for mid-to-low performers with Field Coach and Store Leaders.
• Manage retail learning budgets and report ROI across all programs.
• Drive adoption of Tiffany Wonder eLearning and sustainment of training in stores.
