Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations, reservations or premium customer service.
• Experience using reservation management systems and CRM tools preferred.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality and Italian/wine expertise is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations across telephone, email, online and other channels.
• Record guest preferences, dietary requirements and special requests accurately.
• Monitor upcoming reservations and optimise table allocation with the team.
• Develop relationships with regular, corporate and VIP guests.
• Coordinate private dining, events and corporate catering inquiries.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries across channels.
• Maintain information on third‑party reservation platforms and partnerships.
• Prepare basic reservation and conversion reports for management.
