The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Guest Relations & Sales Executive in Singapore.

This role focuses on handling restaurant reservations, private dining, and event enquiries, while driving business development and revenue growth. You will convert enquiries into bookings and nurture relationships with regular, corporate and VIP guests. You will manage reservations via multiple channels, maintain guest profiles, and coordinate catering and events, ensuring excellent service and high

Qualifications

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in guest relations, reservations, luxury hospitality, fine dining, hotels or premium customer service.
Experience using reservation management systems and CRM/database tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage reservations across telephone, email, online and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate reservation records with guest preferences and special requests.
Monitor upcoming reservations, availability and demand to optimise capacity.
Proactively follow up on enquiries and maximise conversion to bookings.
Maintain guest profiles and support retention through personalized follow-up.
Coordinate quotations, menus and event requirements for private dining and events.
Support CRM, reporting and commercial growth initiatives.
