The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Guest Relations & Sales Executive (Fine Dining) in Singapore. You will be the primary contact for reservations, private dining and events, delivering personalised service and driving revenue growth through proactive enquiry conversion.

You'll manage reservations across channels, maintain guest profiles, coordinate catering and corporate enquiries, and support the restaurant team with accurate communications and seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations and premium hospitality.
• Proficient with reservation systems and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of fine dining and Italian cuisine is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations via phone, email, online channels and manage capacity.
• Cultivate relationships with regular, corporate and VIP guests.
• Coordinate private dining, events, menus and deposits.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on enquiries and maximise conversions.
• Provide clear guest communication and service recovery.
• Collaborate with partners to optimise promotions and referrals.
• Produce basic reports on bookings and revenue trends.
