The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Guest Relations & Sales Executive (Fine Dining) in Singapore to manage reservations, private dining and events, and to drive revenue growth.

You will engage with guests across channels, maintain profiles, optimise table allocations with the restaurant team, follow up on enquiries and help convert leads into bookings, while upholding the highest standards of service and discretion.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in guest relations, reservations, luxury hospitality or premium customer service.
• Experience using reservation systems and CRM tools preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine or luxury hospitality is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Manage reservations across telephone, email, online channels.
• Record guest preferences, dietary requests and special occasions.
• Optimise table allocation and capacity with the Restaurant Manager.
• Follow up on enquiries to maximise bookings.
• Develop relationships with regular, corporate and VIP guests.
• Coordinate private dining, corporate events and catering enquiries.
• Support guest communications and service recovery.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and support CRM reporting.
