Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive (Membership Development & Guest Experience) in Singapore to elevate guest visits and drive membership sign-ups through outstanding service and engaging experiences.

You will collaborate with Reservations, Transport and F&B teams, support daily operations and events, and stay informed about in-house programmes to communicate updates to guests. The role requires a business diploma/degree and willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Business or related field.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Increase guest visitation and membership sign-ups through outstanding customer service and engaging guest experiences.
Support the Supervisor in daily operations, as well as festive and ad-hoc events.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of in-house programmes, products and services, and proactively communicate the latest updates to guests.
Work closely with Reservations, Transport and F&B to ensure guests’ requests and enquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
Support cross-functional projects, including administrative duties and coordination with other business units when required.
