Job summary

The American Club, The in Singapore seeks a hospitality-focused team member to deliver warm, professional service across Member touchpoints including Engagement, Membership, Concierge, Business Center and Library services.

You will take ownership of inquiries, feedback and requests, manage daily operations at multiple touchpoints, and provide end-to-end Membership administration along with Concierge services, collaborating with other departments to coordinate Club activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and professional service in all interactions, maintaining a strong and welcoming presence across all Member touchpoints
• Take ownership and handle all enquiries, feedback, and requests from Members promptly and professionally
• Manage daily operations at the various Member touchpoints and ensure the space is ready for events, if any
• Responsible for end-to-end Membership administration and provide the full range of Concierge services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of Club activities and functions
