Cutting Edge Recruitment is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a fine‑dining or luxury setting in Singapore. You will lead daily operations, uphold standards of service and cuisine, manage budgets and drive revenue while maintaining brand integrity.

You will develop a high‑performing team, mentor staff, handle VIP guests, oversee reservations, and collaborate with marketing to elevate guest experiences and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years in a senior management role within fine-dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting and cost control.
• Deep knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine, and gastronomy trends.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service excellence and ambiance.
