Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks a General Manager for Luxury Hospitality & Facilities Management to lead FM and Workplace Experience programs, drive service excellence, and manage budgets in a luxury corporate environment. You will oversee guest services, F&B, events, and safety compliance while developing talent and fostering client relationships.

You will direct senior teams, implement strategic plans, and act as a change agent to deliver continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-end setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a leadership role in luxury hospitality or corporate real estate.
• Bachelor's or Master's in hospitality preferred.
• Proven hotel operations management across rooms, F&B, engineering and guest services.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality trends and market dynamics.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead FM and Workplace Experience teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Direct department heads to improve employee and colleague satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor budgets, plans and KPIs.
• Oversee facilities management, vendor management, and space planning.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and quality standards.
• Lead meeting and events planning for clients and colleagues.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to sustain strong relationships.
• Act as change agent for business improvements.
