Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a proactive Concierge professional to deliver exemplary guest service at the highest standards. You will manage check-in/check-out, assist VIP guests, and collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure flawless experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar capacity, strong English, leadership, and proficiency with Opera OPERA and ALICE Concierge systems.

Qualifications

• Secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same capacity.
• Proven leadership & problem solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish Day to Day Operations with guest focus and collaboration across departments.
• Respond to guest inquiries, issues and requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate OPERA and ALICE Concierge systems to assist guest requests and check-in/out procedures.
• Support Suite/VIP guest preparation with Front Office, Housekeeping and others.
• Attend to safety guidelines, incident reporting and shift handover with accuracy.
• Contribute to service standards, guest profile updates and continuous improvement.
