Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O/N Level.
• Certificate/Diploma in hospitality management from a recognized institution is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a engaging welcome or fond farewell.
• Ensure prompt, courteous greetings with eye contact and a smile.
• Assist with luggage at Arrival Hall or curbside using a trolley.
• Coordinate with Hotel Operations team for guest needs and guidance.
• Support Transportation team at the airport to enhance guest experience.
• Promote relevant services aligned with guest preferences.
• Act as Command Centre coordinator to optimize manpower and assign jobs.
• Attend daily briefings for updates and property information.
