Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant experience
• Proficient in the use of PMS and POS systems
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Execute Butler core tasks and ensure purposeful engagement with guests
• Study guest profiles and arrange amenities, in-room dining and unpacking services
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders via MS Teams and other systems
• Respond professionally to guest queries via in-person, phone, email and messaging
• Assist with limousine/taxi bookings, dining reservations and attractions
