TDCX, Inc. is hiring a Client Experience Associate for luxury fashion & lifestyle in Singapore. You will be the voice of the brand, handling inquiries via phone, email, live chat or social media, and turning conversations into tailored recommendations and sales.

The role requires a diploma and at least 2 years in customer-facing roles in luxury retail or ecommerce. You’ll work a rotating Mon–Sat schedule, including public holidays, with shifts around 7am–9pm. Salesforce/SAP experience is a plus.

Competenze

• A diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience in customer service in retail sales, a contact centre or e-commerce in luxury high-end goods.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in retail, luxury fashion or premium goods and know what elevated service looks like.
• A natural communicator. You write and speak clearly, listen closely, and connect easily with people.
• A customer-first mindset. You enjoy solving problems, read people’s needs well, and spot sales opportunities.
• Comfort with multitasking and technology. You can move easily between systems. Experience with Salesforce, SAP or another CRM is a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including some weekends and public holidays.
