Job summary

TDCX Group is hiring a Client Service Associate to support luxury fashion brands in the AUNZ market from our Singapore base. You will deliver excellent customer experiences across channels, analyze issues, and implement solutions while adhering to data security standards.

The role requires strong English communication, empathy, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or other CRMs. Flexible shifts may apply to meet market needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher degree in any field.
• Two (2) years of work experience in retail sales or customer service in luxury/high-end goods or in contact centre/e-com activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify and analyse customers’ issues and provide strategic solutions to resolve their needs.
• Accurately process data using appropriate systems and adhere to data security policy; escalate emergencies when needed.
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction and propose improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to deliver strong after-sales services.
• Adhere to company policies to uphold professionalism.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Perform other duties within your category to support QMS implementation and continual improvement.
