Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher degree required, at least 2 years in retail or luxury customer service or e-commerce contact centre.
• Ability to multi-task and tailor responses to customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written English; local language proficiency depending on market.
• Comfortable with computers and multiple systems (CRM, Salesforce, SAP a plus).
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience via all relevant channels.
• Identify and analyse customer issues and provide strategic solutions.
• Process data accurately in systems while following data security policy.
• Identify customer satisfaction trends and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with the customer service team for strong after‑sales support.
• Adhere to policies to maintain professionalism.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile.
• Carry out other duties to support the Quality Management System.
