Job summary

TDCX (SG) PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a customer service specialist to deliver exceptional experiences across phone, email, live chat and social channels.

You will analyze customer feedback, engage with clients, and leverage CRM tools to tailor responses and close sales opportunities. You will collaborate with the team to ensure after-sales excellence and maintain high service standards. The role requires 2+ years in retail or contact centre environments, strong English and Thai communication

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or higher (Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's, or higher).
• Two years of experience in retail sales or customer service in luxury/high-end goods or contact centre/e-commerce activities.
• Ability to multi-task and tailor responses to meet customer needs.
• Strong communication skills in English; plus Thai language proficiency.
• Comfortable with computers and multiple systems (Salesforce, SAP, CRM).
• Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends/public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience via telephone, email, live chat and other social channels.
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction and propose improvements to drive sales.
• Demonstrate selling and negotiating skills; overcome objections to close sales and understand client needs.
• Develop and execute clienteling plans to nurture relationships with clients and prospects.
• Accurately process data using company systems while adhering to data security policies.
• Stay updated on launches and campaigns to answer inquiries about product availability and features.
• Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
