• Identify customer needs and offer personalized recommendations to drive sales.
• Convert enquiries into sales through effective selling and negotiation.

• Stay updated on product launches and promotions to answer inquiries.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Process transactions accurately using internal systems with data confidentiality.
