ARSLAN SRS Singapore seeks a professional Concierge Officer for a prestige luxury retail boutique in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact, delivering premium service in a welcoming, safe, and secure environment.

You will greet guests, assist with wayfinding, manage registrations, coordinate with staff for VIP visits, and handle inquiries while maintaining a polished, client-focused presence. Experience with high-profile clients is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: GCE N-Level or equivalent.
• Experience in concierge, customer service, hospitality, retail, or security is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors professionally.
• Provide wayfinding and concierge support.
• Register visitors and manage access control.
• Coordinate with staff for appointments and VIP visits.
• Attend to customer inquiries with accurate information.
