Job summary

NURTURE LIVING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to warmly welcome clients and provide a professional first impression. You will escort clients to outlets, confirm arrivals, assist with wayfinding, and share information on services and promotions.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-oriented approach, and flexibility to work 5.5 days a week at Vision Exchange, Singapore. Prior experience in service-oriented industries is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities essential for client-facing role.
• Customer-oriented mindset with friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Punctual, reliable, well-groomed and presentable at all times.
• Willingness to work weekends and on rotating shifts if required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or wellness industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a warm, professional greeting to reflect the company's image.
• Meet clients at designated points and escort them to the outlet.
• Contact clients before appointments to confirm arrival times and directions.
• Assist with wayfinding and ensure timely arrival at the outlet.
• Provide basic information on services, promotions and facilities as needed.
• Ensure smooth customer experience from arrival to handover to outlet team.
• Coordinate with outlet staff on arrivals, appointments and special requests.
• Monitor schedules and communicate delays or changes to the team.
• Assist with registration, queue management and appointment coordination.
