Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving property.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
• Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., mini-bar, in-room safe).
• Transport guest luggage to and from rooms and bell area.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Arrange transportation for guests and record requests as needed.
• Communicate parking procedures to guests.
• Follow company policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests and respond with clear language.
• Develop positive working relationships and read information accurately.
• Move safely and quickly to respond to work situations.
