The role requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of local attractions, and the ability to handle luggage, move quickly on uneven shifts, and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transport, and dining options.
• Ability to handle luggage and perform standing/walking duties.
• Team player who can coordinate with Front Office and other departments.
• Neat and well-groomed appearance with a service-oriented mindset.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests on arrival and departure and assist with luggage.
• Collaborate with Front Office to provide courteous service.
• Establish rapport with in-house and long-staying guests.
• Respond to guests' requests, including local attractions and dining options.
• Liaise with Reception on arrivals and departures.
• Maintain luggage storage and delivery of parcels.
• Keep lobby, driveway and luggage areas clean and presentable.
• Stay informed about hotel's events to assist guests.
• Oversee traffic flow at the hotel driveway.
