Job summary

Singapore Public Service is seeking a Deputy / Assistant Manager in the Rail Licensing Division to help ensure the reliability and performance of Singapore's RTS network. You will support grant administration related to the RTS and participate in public transport initiatives, applying strong organisation, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities include verifying grant claims, audit of processes, data analysis to explain delays, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Engineering.
• Relevant experience in grant administration, auditing, or a related field would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and great attention to details.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualisation would be advantageous.
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A meticulous, self-motivated individual who is a strong team player.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Candidate with no prior work experience will also be considered for this role.
