LTA Land Transport Authority is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Manager in Rail Licensing to support grant administration for the Singapore RTS network. You will verify claims, conduct assessments, and help strengthen grant governance while ensuring timely reporting to management.

Ideal candidates have engineering knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Formación

• Knowledge in Engineering.
• Experience in grant administration, auditing, or related field advantageous.
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Verifying grant claims submitted by the PTOs.
• Conducting assessments to independently validate PTO submissions.
• Investigating causes of rail service delays using data from rail systems.
• Auditing PTOs' processes for data collection and reviewing controls at key points.
• Reviewing and enhancing internal grant administration processes and systems.
• Preparing periodic updates to LTA senior management on grant-related matters.
