Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to manage customer orders and shipments from receipt to final delivery.

You will coordinate transport activities with internal and external stakeholders and monitor milestones while ensuring service levels. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in logistics or related field and at least 2 years of experience in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation operations or customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer orders and shipments from order receipt through final delivery.
• Coordinate transportation and shipment activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment milestones and provide timely updates to customers.
• Identify and follow up on shipment delays, discrepancies and operational issues.
• Investigate shipment exceptions and coordinate corrective actions and recovery plans.
• Act as a key contact point for customers and stakeholders on shipment status and operational matters.
• Prepare quotations according to customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, reports and system updates.
• Monitor service levels and ensure customer KPIs are achieved.
• Support process improvement, digitalization and operational efficiency initiatives.
