Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Supply Chain Executive / Coordinator to join the Operational Excellence team in Changi South. The role offers a 1-year contract (renewable / convertible to permanent) with a salary range of SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,300 and Mon–Fri office hours.

You will gain end-to-end visibility of global shipments, manage client relationships, and work with modern digital logistics platforms while in a structured training program. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business.
• No experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and MS Office skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: track and manage orders and shipments from receipt to delivery.
• Client Management: act as the primary contact for clients with proactive updates.
• Exception Management: identify delays/risks and coordinate recovery actions.
• Process Improvement: assist with digital tools and operational excellence initiatives.
