Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator for a 6-month contract in Changi South. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

The role covers coordinating daily inbound and outbound logistics, planning delivery schedules, preparing shipping documents, tracking shipments, liaising with warehouses, suppliers and freight forwarders, and driving cost-efficient route planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics, including deliveries, collections and shipments.
• Plan delivery schedules and coordinate with drivers, transporters, suppliers and customers.
• Prepare and verify delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents and other logistics documentation.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Liaise with warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are available when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for local and overseas shipments.
• Arrange transportation and optimise delivery routes and costs.
• Track inventory movement and support stock reconciliation when required.
• Handle logistics-related issues such as delivery delays, discrepancies and damaged goods.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules and logistics costs.
• Monitor logistics expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and relevant logistics regulations.
• Support other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
