Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a 6-month contract at Changi South. You will coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics, plan delivery schedules and prepare shipping documents to ensure timely fulfilment.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business with at least 3 years of logistics experience. Working hours are Mon-Fri, with salary up to SGD 4,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar.
• 3+ years of relevant logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics, including deliveries, collections and shipments.
• Plan delivery schedules and coordinate with drivers, transporters, suppliers and customers.
• Prepare and verify delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents and other logistics documentation.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Liaise with warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are available when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for local and overseas shipments.
