Logistics Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor (3PL)

Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, drivers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and productivity.

Coordinate closely with customers, transporters, and internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Plan manpower deployment and work schedules to support daily operational requirements.

Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company SOPs, and quality standards.

Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and urgent situations, providing timely solutions.

Prepare operational reports such as daily output, manpower usage, and performance metrics.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost control.
