Job summary

GKE Group of Companies is seeking a Logistics Service-focused professional to support daily customer orders, billing, and communications with Operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely updates, and professional call handling to ensure service excellence. Training will be provided for entrants.

You will work with the GKEExpress Logistics team to coordinate with external parties, prepare quotations when needed, and maintain proper documentation to support SOPs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• GCE O'Level or higher required, related education is a plus.
• Prior entry-level or fresh graduates are welcome with training provided.
• Strong communication and attention to details are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process daily customer orders and relay information to Operations.
• Handle billing and data entry accurately in systems.
• Answer customer calls and handle requests professionally.
• File or E-File documents after job completion.
• Escalate complaints to senior staff when needed.
• Support and guide assigned buddy as required.
• Prepare reports as requested by customers or supervisor.
• Verify contractor invoices and extract necessary information.
