Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner, identifying and solving issues, complaints or disputes.
• Manage and process received orders in the system, handing them over to warehouse operations for completion.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status or issues and provide timely updates.
• Prepare and sort documents such as cycle count reports and invoices, and input data into the system.
