Job summary

GD PRECISION PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate logistics. You will also maintain records, assist with post-sales service, and generate sales reports, ensuring accurate data entry in the ERP system.

The role requires collaboration with logistics and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Experience with Epicor and order management is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer inquiries and orders.
• Ability to track and update records accurately.
• Strong communicatie and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Provide product information and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with logistics and technical teams for resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Open PO, DO and invoice in system.
• Process customer PO and enter work orders & quotations in Epicor.
• Open NPI form, contract review & feasibility study.
• Arrange outgoing parts transportation.
• Prepare NCR for rejected parts from customer.
• Generate daily sales order and sales reports.
• Monitor forecast on customer stock.
• Support post-sales service and warranty claims.
