Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their delivery needs and communicating daily status updates.
• Handle complaints and inter-departmental queries to meet service requirements.
• Strategically plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer requirements and maximize resource utilization.
• Coordinate transportation with internal haulage and manage depot operations with internal and external teams.
• Prepare and submit daily/monthly operational reports for customers and the company.
