Job summary

GKE MARQUIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated operations professional in Singapore to ensure daily workflow runs smoothly for assigned accounts. You will act as the primary liaison with customers, agents and suppliers, handling import/export documentation and drafting shipping papers.

The role emphasizes precise data handling, timely billing, and supervising team performance to meet deadlines. A proactive start is valued in this fast-paced environment.

• Able to start within short notice/immediately.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with SOPs and customer requirements for assigned accounts
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the team
• Be main point of contact for customers, agents, and suppliers, coordinating day-to-dayoperational matters
• Communicate clearly with customer/agent/supplier and seek clarification when instructionsare unclear
• Handle import and export documentation, including permit declarations
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and draft Bills of Lading
• Coordinate export arrangements with shipping lines and airport agents
• Perform accurate data entry, billing, and filing
• Supervise team performance to ensure tasks, entries, and billings are completed accurately andwithin timelines
• Update the Customer Service Manager on any stock discrepancies reported by the warehouse
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager or Senior Management
