Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or order processing is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and timely.
• Submit reports promptly per schedules.
• Investigate operational incidents and propose improvements.
• Liaise with customers to resolve order/shipment issues and provide updates.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain audit trails.
• Reconcile stock discrepancies and manage inventory in WMS.
• Complete all billing activities with proper documentation.
• Collate and compute monthly KPI reports and maintain accuracy.
• Strive to achieve KPI targets and suggest improvements when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Submit reports promptly in accordance with established customer schedules.
• Investigate root causes of operational incidents and service failures; provide recommendations to Customer Service Managers and Management for improvements.
• Liaise closely with customers to resolve order or shipment-related issues and provide regular updates.
• Conduct cycle counts as scheduled and maintain proper documentation for audit trail purposes.
• Reconcile stock discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory management within the customer’s WMS system.
• Complete all billing activities promptly and accurately, supported by the necessary documentation.
• Collate and compute monthly KPI reports, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Achieve and maintain KPI targets, while proactively suggesting improvements when necessary.
