Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent administrator to handle customer inquiries and order processing at our West Singapore location. The role requires coordinating with the warehouse, updating shipment statuses, and maintaining accurate records and documents.

Hours are 5 days per week from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with OT payable. AWS and PB benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries through phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Update customers on delivery or shipment status.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and other warehouse documents.
• Perform data entry and update records accurately.
• Check and process customer orders in the system.
• Work with the warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared on time.
• Handle returns and report any order issues.
• File and organise documents properly.
• Assist with other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
