Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage customer and carrier inquiries, coordinate bookings, shipments, trucking, and container stuffing, and monitor sailing schedules.

You will prepare import/export documents (FCL, LCL, Cross Trade, Air Freight), liaise with carriers and vendors, verify invoices, and support sales, operations, billing, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth freight flows.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer and agent enquiries.
• Coordinate bookings, shipments, trucking, and container stuffing.
• Monitor sailing schedules and cargo status.
• Prepare import/export shipping documents (FCL, LCL, Cross Trade, Air Freight).
• Process BL, COO, cargo insurance, PM4, SI, MSDS, customs permits, and related shipping documentation.
• Liaise with carriers, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Verify vendor invoices and report shipment issues.
• Support sales, operations, billing, job closing, and administrative duties.
