Responsibilities

Assist Operations Manager in overseeing the operations, which include warehousing and customer service functions.
Ensure activities performed adhere to ISO, GDPMDS, 5S standards.
Lead a team of warehouse and administration personnel to meet customer requirements and expectations.
Establish KPIs and monitoring to ensure program targets are met.
Analyze performance and activity indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
Control and manage purchases, headcount and overtime.
Process mapping for new or changed business requirements.
Drive cost savings and productivity initiatives for customers.
Identify and schedule training for warehouse and administration personnel.
Ensure staff adhere strictly to operational procedures.
