Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service within logistics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and administration staff to meet customer requirements.
• Drive program to achieve company policy and objectives.
• Manage operating costs to ensure profitability.
• Map processes with customers for new or changed requirements.
• Provide performance reports to customers.
• Achieve KPIs: order turnaround, dock to stock, stock accuracy.
• Identify training needs and schedule for staff.
• Ensure safety procedures and quality policy are understood and followed.
• Maintain cost-effective operations and pursue productivity improvements.
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Review supplier/contractor performance.
