Job summary

DSV Contract Logistics Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced warehousing and logistics coordinator to manage daily warehouse and transport operations in Singapore.

You will coordinate with customers and transporters, plan shipments, and maintain accurate documentation and inventory records. The role requires at least 5 years in warehouse operations (preferably semiconductor), proficiency with SAP WM, RF scanners, and strong Excel/BI dashboard skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or diploma holder.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or semiconductor industry.
• Proficient in SAP Warehouse Management System and handling electronic devices such as RF scanners.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for dashboards.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and transport operations and liaise with customers and transporters.
• Plan shipment activities and ensure accurate documentation and inventory administration.
• Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports to supervisors.
• Perform cycle count administration and ensure timely shipment documentation.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement them.
• Communicate issues and non-conformances to supervisors and drive resolutions.
