Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Singapore is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehousing activities, inbound/outbound, inventory, and order fulfilment.

You will lead teams, drive productivity, manage customer relationships, and ensure SLA compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

This role requires 8–12 years in warehouse/logistics, WMS experience, and a proven ability to collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 8–12 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing operations in a 3PL or distribution environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
• Ensure operations are efficient, safely executed, and in line with SLAs.
• Drive productivity, accuracy, and cost optimization across warehouse processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across transport, planning, IT, and finance.
• Provide operational insights and performance reports to customers.
• Support system implementations and optimization initiatives.
• Manage manpower planning and workforce productivity.
