Job summary

FSL Express Logistics is actively seeking a driven Sales Executive (Hunter) in Singapore to grow revenue by securing new customers and maintaining strong relationships. You will follow up on leads from SEO/SEM campaigns, conduct sales calls, visits, and negotiations to close deals, while tailoring logistics solutions to client needs.

Ideal candidates have a business/logistics background, strong communication, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, Marketing or related field required.
• Previous logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers to grow revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads from SEO/SEM campaigns and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, customer visits, presentations, and negotiations to potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Understand customers' logistics requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
